Mixed Grain Market on Monday

I'm KayDee Gilkey with the Market Line Report for December 3, 2013.

Talk that there may be snow ahead of the cold weather in the plains for later this week helped to spark some of the selling pressure on Monday's wheat trade. From the floor of the CME Group, Joe Vaclavik shares.

Vaclavik: "The wheat market kinda traded both sides of unchanged today. We started off higher went lower and then bounced back a bit. The wheat market, similar to the corn, is in really big time bear market territory here. We saw a nice bounce to finish out last week. I'm not sure that it is going to be able to sustain itself. The fund trader as a whole as been pushing this wheat market lower and I think without a significant rally in the corn market it will be hard to get the wheat market going."
