**Half of Florida residents don’t know about local water restrictions, according to the latest University of Florida study.

Laura Warner tells www.morningagclips.com there are several reasons half the public doesn’t know about local water restrictions, but the simple answer could be there aren’t enough messages or the messages aren’t reaching the people.
She says it could also be so many NEW Florida residents.
