Cool Spring Has Made Navel Orangeworm Worse This Season

Joel Siegel is a research entomologist with USDA ARS in Parlier Calif. (Fresno County). He said a cool spring made the first wave of NOW worse than expected, and there have been three waves. Poor sanitation over the winter is the #1 reason for extensive pressure.
