I'm Tom Allen with the Market Line Report for September 25th. Cattle have taken a hit and are in the red. Here's Oliver Soup with his observations from the floor of the CME.

From the Chicago Mercantile, December wheat ended yesterday down 10 1/4, at 497 1/4. December corn ended the day down 1 3/4 at 3-82.

Portland prices for soft white wheat of ordinary protein for October, are down 10 1/4, at mostly 5-27 to 5-41. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11 ½ % protein, prices for September are down at mostly 6-05. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for September were down at mostly 6-37 even. October live cattle closed yesterday down $1.20, at 132.02. October Feeder cattle were up $.80, at 194.25. October class III milk was up 22 cents, at 15-59.
