Missed Rooster

Head of the team at Sportsman's Spotlight, Kelly Allen, is a very good and seasoned outdoorsman and family man. Furthermore, the whole family hunts. That includes wife, sons, daughters in law, grandchildren, the whole crew. So son Tommy talks about a recent pheasant hunt. "We went out and did a family pheasant hunt as we always do. Dad watches all the kids, ages between three and eight years old, my brother and I run the dogs and the girls do the gunning. They were shooting well. The women all limited out and we got a few birds too but the women definitely outshot us. As I understand the story, the women all got roosters but when it came to your dad... His dog had a nice point, he was just watching everything else go on, the dog had a beautiful point on a rooster. It got upgraded his feet and he just pulled both barrels of his over and under and with on each of them. It's just one of those days where the women shot really well.
