You know it's absolutely amazing how technology has changed just about everything. Imagine being on a hunting or fishing trip where you are isolated over a period of five to six days. Battery life becomes a question. And, if you had an emergency and no power to your cell phone that could be a disaster at the least and life-threatening at the most. I called Sportsmen's Warehouse Sales Associate John and asked about portable solar panel recharger's. "It's more of a battery system that you can charge via a solar panel and then depending upon what size battery you get, you get a certain amount of charges out of it and then it will also determine how long it takes to charge. For example if a guy takes his laptop out in the wilderness or if he takes his cell phone? IPads they can charge but nothing like a laptop. It's not that big of a solar charger. The solar panel charges the batteries and the batteries charge the phones. They start at about $100 and go up. You use your device during the day and then you charge it overnight with the charging solar panel and the next day let the sun charge the solar panel back up.
