Bowtech’s been around since 1999 and their goal has been to get into the performance and the speed of their bows They say they are a very fast performing bow company.

Bowtech makes a bow called the Invasion CPX. It is packed with features such as HardCore Limbs, the accredited Overdrive Binary® Cam System and FLXGuard cable containment with the new CPX technology. The Invasion weighs in at an astonishingly light 3.9 lbs.  Here is Jordan Clark from Bowtech’s operation in Eugene, Or.: “ The Invasion has been a great bow for us and done very well. It is our fourth generation of the center pivot design so the cut-outs that you have seen in previous years where this bow had some similar technologies to the Guardian and the General and the Admiral where the riser cutouts come down and you have a brace or pivot in the center point of the limb. What it does is it reduces the limb tip oscillation that limbs have at shot so it reduces a lot of shock and vibration that travel through the bow. That is where the center pivot technology hit the map back in 2007. What the Invasion has done, the way we have cut out and riser, it eliminates a lot of bulk in the machined aluminum so it is a very, very light mass weight bowl for a center pivot line ball. It has our overdrive binary cam, second generation, it is a very quick performing  bow, good for packing around, great hunting bow, nice and light and ultimately a very forgiving shooting bow. They have been very popular for us and it has been a great bow.”
