This is Matt Rice filling in for Bob Larson with the Market Line Report for Monday, Oct. 29th. Feeder Cattle prices making their way up the ladder over the week. Let's go to Greg Sanders to learn more about the weekly cattle update, from the USDA.

Chicago Dec Wheat prices closed Friday up 18, to finish the week at 504 ¾.

Dec Corn was up 6 ¾, at 368 ½.

Portland prices for soft white wheat of Ordinary Protein for Nov. ended the day unch ranging from 6-10 to 6-17. Hard Red Winter wheat with 11 ½ % protein, prices for Nov. were up 13 ¾, ranging from 6-25 ¼ to 6-40 ¼. DNS wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Nov. were up 8 ¼, ranging from 6-67 ¾ to 6-92 ¾.

Live Cattle for Dec. were up $1.32 ½ at 118.45. Nov. Feeder cattle were up 85 cents, to finish the week at 155.05. Nov. Class III milk was dn .05 cents at 15.06.
