Chicago markets, Sept. wheat prices closed the day dn 4 ½, at 448 ¾. Chicago Sept. Corn prices were dn 1, to finish the week at 373. Prices in Portland for Soft White Winter Wheat of ordinary protein for Aug. NC were dn 4 ½ -Unch, ranging from 4-49 ¼ to 4-72. Hard Red Winter Wheat with 11.5 % protein, future prices for Aug. NC were dn 6, ranging from 5-05 ½ to 5-20 ½. DNS Wheat with 14 % protein, prices for Aug. NC were dn 1, ranging from 6-69 ¾ to 6-74 ¾. Aug. Live Cattle finished the week dn 82 ½ cents, at 106.62 ½. May Feeder cattle were dn $1.80, at 131.42 ½. May class III milk was up 28 cents at 15-91.
