Higher Prices Again on Tuesday

I’m KayDee Gilkey with the Market Line Report for October 29, 2014.
Grains closed higher with wheat leading the way, corn and soybeans had slight gains. From the floor of the CME Group Joe Vaclavik shares his observations of Tuesday’s markets.
Vaclavik: “Grain markets finished the day Tuesday marginally higher. The corn and soybean markets did begin the day on Tuesday sharply higher and retraced a lot of those gains mid-day and into end of the day just a couple of cents higher across the board in those two markets. The wheat market was also marginally higher. There is a lot of things going on in these grain markets. We got a record soybean crop and a record corn crop being harvested right now yet the markets continue to push higher in October.”
