Hi everybody it's time for your Land and Livestock Report here on the Ag Information Network of the West-I'm Russell Nemetz.

This week our friends with the American Sheep Industry Association held their Spring DC Trip to our nation's capitol. It was a great opportunity for those in attendance to meet with members of Congress and the Trump Administration about some of those big-ticket issues impacting the U.S. sheep industry like scrapie, big horn sheep and mandatory price reporting.

Evanston, Wyoming rancher Shaun Sims was one of the participants and says there's a change in attitude in Washington, DC when it comes to Congress and the Administration listening to the needs and concerns of those involved in Agriculture when compared to previous years.
