Layne Bangerter Is a Trump staffer from Melba, Idaho. We caught up with him moving cattle to spring pasture via two semi loads headed to Nevada. But he looks like he's headed to Washington. "We are moving our cattle into Nevada. It is a wonderful time of year to have them on the great grass of northern Nevada. They have been here at our headquarters in Melba. It's been a very tough winter on the cattle and now were heading for greener pastures. Talk about some of your policies and responsibilities. I look forward to the opportunity to be appointed by the president and being confirmed by the Senate as under Sec. of agriculture. Regulations have been killing American jobs, killing America and our prosperity and Pres. Trump is very serious about eliminating to regulations for everyone that agencies want to initiate. Each department has a task and a task force to make sure that is done. Right now I'm at the Environmental Protection Agency and administrator Pruitt is making sure that we are tasked to do that. We have a short turnaround to report to the president but that is in fact occurring. There is a wrestle but I am a unifier and I try and find a win-win for our side first and then a win-win for everyone else. I have not risen to the bait to get into too many fights, just implement the president's agenda. It's a whole different day for America and a whole different direction.”
