Wendy White is Marketing Director at the Colorado Department of Agriculture and wants folks to know there are a lot of opportunities to learn and network.

"The Colorado Department of Agriculture and Colorado State University have several Produce Safety Rules trainings scheduled. There's the international Livestock Forum as part of the National Western Stock Show. That'll be in Fort Collins, January 11th and 12th. Of course the Stock Show the 12th through the 27th. We also have the Western Colorado Horticultural Society Conference on the Western Slope in Grand Junction combined with the Vinco Wine Conference January 14th - 17th."

White says the list of upcoming conferences and meetings can be found in the Colorado Proud newsletter at www.Coloradoproud.org.

White says the Agriculture Department is celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Colorado Proud marketing campaign in 2019. At the same time they'll be compiling the annual Farm Fresh Directory that lists all the farmers markets.

That directory has been available to consumers for 35 years.
