A teaching brewery in Colorado State University's Ramskeller is enjoying good reviews after it's unveiling in April.

Students, donors and project partners offered a toast to the future brewers who will be trained on the system.

CSU alumnus and systems engineer Dan Malyszko and Jeff Callaway, associate director of the Fermentation Science and Technology program in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition both instrumental in the teaching brewery - and speak about the project in a school-produced video:

The facility features a brewhouse donated by Molson Coors. The brewery's 10-hectoliter system, is capable of producing about 17 kegs of CSU brew per batch. The Fermentation lab's brew will be available at the Ramskeller along with other popular locally-brewed beers
